Last time I wrote about how I need to work on my running skills and how I found it difficult to run for a minute without stopping. I saw a lot of improvement in this skill. whenever we do fitness, my main goal is to run as much as I can. Now I can run for ten to fiffteen minutes without getting tired. If I keep trying hopefully I will be able to run for 45 minutes to an hour like this. Another thing that I improved on is helping with equipment. Sometimes I will help set up the volleyball nets or help by putting away equipment, however I still need to work on this.My new goal is to improve on the obstacle course, because I think it's the most challenging workout we have done so far. If I go through all the obstacles in the course, I think I can improve on this workout. If I had to give my overall progress a letter grade I would Give myself a B.
